DATA POLICY_
Robots comply with the law too. This is KOROVA_MB's Personal Data Processing Policy, under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. It is short. Unnecessary legalese is a manual process, and you know how we feel about those.

KOROVA_MB, based in Bogotá, Colombia. Single channel for anything related to your data: contacto@korova-mb.com.
02 // DATA WE PROCESS
What you hand us in the forms: name, email, company (optional), your quote-builder selections, the date, time and notes of any meeting you book, and the content of your messages. If you reach us on WhatsApp, that channel is additionally governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
03 // PURPOSE
Answering your requests, preparing quotes and proposals, scheduling and managing meetings, and communicating with you about our services. We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising. A robot does not break its rules.
04 // AUTHORIZATION
By submitting any of our forms you give prior, express and informed authorization to process your personal data for the purposes described in this policy.
05 // PROCESSORS
We work with providers that process the minimum their function requires: Vercel (site hosting), Resend (transactional email), Google Calendar (appointment management) and Google Analytics (audience measurement). Each operates under its own security measures and privacy policies.
06 // YOUR RIGHTS
You can access, update, rectify and delete your data, request proof of authorization and revoke it at any time. Write to contacto@korova-mb.com; we handle inquiries and claims within the terms of Law 1581 of 2012.
07 // COOKIES
We use Google Analytics to know how many people visit us and which sections they read. It sets first-party cookies (_ga) with the IP anonymised; we disable Google advertising signals, so your data does not feed ad profiles. You can block it with Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or the blocker of your choice — the site works the same. We also keep interface preferences (such as sound) in your browser’s local storage, where they stay.
08 // SECURITY & RETENTION
Information travels encrypted over TLS and is kept only for as long as the purpose or the law requires. Any change to this policy is published on this page.
